Environmental Science

M State's AS degree in Environmental Science provides students with a broad education in natural sciences and mathematics, ensuring you will have a solid science background for advanced study at a four-year college or university.

The 60-credit degree is offered on our Fergus Falls and Moorhead campuses and includes courses in environmental science, biology, chemistry, college writing, college algebra, trigonometry, calculus, statistics and physics.

M State has articulation agreements that allow students who earn an Environmental Science AS degree to transfer seamlessly to:

Articulation agreements ensure that students completing specified coursework or degree programs at M State will transfer into designated programs at partner universities or colleges according to the terms of the agreement. This cooperative effort eliminates or minimizes the questions and confusion that sometimes accompany transfer and allows our students to be confident that their degree from M State will satisfy a substantive portion of the completion requirements for the bachelor's degree at the university or college they will be attending.
