The counselors at M State are here to help with any situation that might interfere with your success as a student. All services are free of charge to students. 

Crisis services

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, 

  • Call 911 if you or others are in immediate physical danger.
  • Call or text the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline at 988 to connect with a crisis counselor for free (available 24/7).
  • Call FirstLink at 211 for assistance connecting to local community resources (available 24/7).
