Fergus Falls Campus

For the 2025-26 academic year, housing students are not required to purchase a meal plan as there's no longer a traditional cafeteria on campus.

Students have affordable, flexible food options including:

  • Grab-and-go items for sale at the bookstore
  • On-campus prep spaces for students to prepare food
  • New appliances in campus housing to make cooking easier for residents
  • Campus food pantry with free food for students

Moorhead Campus

Moorhead students have affordable, flexible food options.

  • Grab-and-go items for sale at the campus store
  • Microwaves available for student use in multiple campus locations, including the campus store
  • Campus food pantry with free food for students

7:30 a.m.-1 p.m. daily when classes are in session during fall and spring semesters

Daily menu

  • Offered daily: Juice, milk, assorted bottled beverages
  • Offered daily for breakfast: Muffins and pastries starting at $2, yogurt parfait $5.32, hot breakfast sandwiches $4.83
  • From the grill: Made-to-order chicken strip or burger baskets
  • From the deli: Sandwiches/wraps $5.64, chef salad $6 (made-to-order available)
  • Cakes, bars, cookies $2 and up, chips $1.07

Lunch specials and baskets include small fountain pop, bottled plain water or 8 oz carton white milk

Soup and chili (as available) cup $3.25, bowl $3.85
