Tuition reciprocity

Reciprocity agreements exist between Minnesota and the states of North Dakota, South Dakota and Wisconsin. Students from these states pay tuition at a rate below the nonresident rate. 

1. North Dakota students - You must submit a Reciprocity Application to determine eligibility.
2. South Dakota students - No action is required.
3. Wisconsin students - No action is required.
