Policy

Students enrolled in Minnesota State Community and Technical College online education courses are provided the opportunity to complete their tests and assessments within the students’ community setting, providing the testing environment and test administration meet program and/or course requirements and are pre-approved by the faculty of record.

Purpose

To ensure academic integrity and to provide accessibility to online students.

Responsibility

President or Designee

Communicate the policy to administrators.

Administrators

Communicate the policy to faculty and staff. Establish the infrastructure on the local campus to support the implementation of the policy.

Faculty

Establish and communicate testing and assessment protocols to students.

Local Campus Proctoring Services

Input on establishing procedure and implement procedure.
