Tutor.com offers 24/7 service. Immediate access to tutors in your chosen area may not be available. Make sure to plan ahead.

- Tutoring is not available for every course. If you need help in a course, let us or your instructor know.
- While we understand online tutoring might not be for everyone, we encourage you to give it a try. If you live near an M State campus, you are also welcome to use the tutoring services available in the Spartan Centers.

M State offers FREE professional and peer tutoring support in Detroit Lakes, Fergus Falls, Moorhead,and Wadena.
We encourage you to stop by your campus Spartan Center. Whether you need a place to study, a bit of support on a homework assignment or the opportunity to use a white board, this is the place for you. Our professional tutors, faculty, and student mentors are eager to work with you and help you achieve academic success at M State!
Each of the campus Spartan Centers offers free workshops open to all students on topics such as time management, study skills, financial planning, and how to read your DARS (Degree Audit Reporting System) audit. Visit your campus Spartan Center to see what will be offered throughout the academic year. If you have suggestions for topics, we encourage you to share them with us.

If you need assistance learning to navigate an online course, log in to your D2L site, look at the top left drop-down menu for "Academic Resources," click on that drop-down arrow and locate "How to Use D2L Brightspace." This overview will guide you and provide tutorials to get you comfortable with navigating your online course. If you're in need of additional assistance, we recommend you stop by your campus Spartan Center or speak with your instructor.
