Get the training you need to begin a successful career in HVAC/R, an expanding industry that offers a broad range of employment opportunities, with this two-term diploma program. Coursework targets the layout, estimation, installation and repair skills to obtain an entry-level position in the field, where jobs are available with specialized service firms, contractors, manufacturers, engineers and more. 

You'll work hands-on with residential and light commercial heating, ventilation, ducting, air conditioning and refrigeration equipment in this program, learning the latest technologies and ideas behind today's more efficient, cost-effective, energy-saving systems. The program covers:

• Layout, installation, design and fabrication of ductwork
• Installation and maintenance of HVAC/R systems
• Layout and wiring of electrical schematics
• Industry safety practices and procedures
