Description
The Clinical Applications course is intended to broaden the learner's knowledge and correlate laboratory testing theories with states of health and disease across various clinical courses. Students will evaluate case studies, research new methods, correlate test results to states of health and disease, and prepare for entering the workforce.

  1. Compose a resume and cover letter for a laboratory career.
  2. Evaluate laboratory career goals.
  3. Correlate patient diagnosis, medical history and symptoms with test results across various laboratory testing areas.
  4. Evaluate laboratory testing methodologies.
  5. Create a research manuscript.
  6. Display interpersonal relationship skills with regard to courtesy and cooperating with fellow students and instructors.
