Appropriate for workers at all levels of experience looking to build or sharpen their leadership skills, these courses are geared to those who provide training within an organization. Research has shown that employees who leave their jobs generally do so due to their supervisor, not the organization. In today's market, supporting specific leadership and supervisory skills can improve organizational performance and reduce employee turnover.
