M State’s Workforce Development Solutions brings hands-on welding instruction directly to you: on your schedule, at your site or ours, and built around your specific goals.

  • Train new employees in cutting and welding fundamentals
  • Elevate certification levels of current welders
  • Meet your business or career advancement goals

With flexible delivery, modern equipment, and curriculum aligned with AWS, API, and ASME standards, we help you strengthen your workforce without slowing down operations.

Mobile welding labs

Our mobile welding labs each feature eight fully equipped stations and are led by experienced, AWS-certified instructors. Whether you're introducing new employees to welding, upskilling your current team, or preparing for industry certifications, we’ll tailor training to meet your needs.

Why prioritize welding training now?

Through 2033, there will be approximately 45,800 U.S. job openings per year for welders, cutters, solderers, and brazers, primarily due to the need to replace workers who retire or transfer to other occupations.* This underscores the ongoing demand for trained welders and the importance of maintaining a skilled workforce through training.

"Working with M State has been a natural fit for us. Not only was the welding instruction top notch, but the awareness of our need for flexibility was excellent. From the idea inception to the final evaluation, M State was there to ask us what we needed. The ability to tailor the instruction for our diverse work needs while still achieving certification standards was appreciated. I would recommend working with M State without any reservation. "
