My wife was the one who pushed me to go back to school and told me all about M State! I have been a working musician here in Fargo Moorhead and a music teacher for extra income. I started feeling the need for a career change, and my wife told me that I should get more serious about my creative side with design.
After some discussion, I decided to take the plunge and further my education with M State, and it was the best decision I made. I have gotten so much sharper with design tools, and now I am walking away with a crazy amount of knowledge in the creative world. I couldn't be happier!
Michael Brunette was the winner of a Silver Award in the student category of the 2021 American Advertising Federation of North Dakota design competition for his brand design work on his fictitious children’s banking business, which he named The Piggy Bank. He will graduate with his Graphic Design degree in May 2021.
