Nursing Appeals, Transfer and Progression The Nursing Appeals Council (NAC) reviews appeals related to the nursing program, nursing program policies and program eligibility. The Nursing Transfer and Progression Team (NTPT) determines seat availability and helps with registration for M State nursing students who are out of sequence or wish to transfer to another campus.
