Live Structure Burn

The purpose of this training session is to give the firefighters an opportunity to deal with a "live fire" situation. More importantly, it allows firefighters to actually observe how a fire spreads in a structure and how it reacts within its environment.

LP Gas Live Burn

This course will provide the participants with an overview of the hazards of flammable gasses and correct firefighting techniques. LP gas, as well as anhydrous ammonia and chlorine, will be reviewed, pointing out their similarities as well as their differences.

Vehicle Fires

This course will prepare the Rescue Worker for the safe handling of vehicle fire. The participant will learn the use and benefits of proper personal protective gear and breathing apparatus, the use of portable fire extinguishers, and the methods to safely extinguish a vehicle fire.
