This course covers the strategic design of websites and landing pages that guide users through goal-driven, user-centered experiences. Students learn core User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) principles—layout, hierarchy, navigation, responsive design—and apply them to create marketing-aligned, brand-consistent websites. Using WordPress, Squarespace or similar Customer Management Software (CMS) platforms, students incorporate accessibility, ethical design, basic Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools for content creation, personalization and analytics. The course concludes with a portfolio project demonstrating research, design rationale, iterative testing and performance evaluation.
