Graduation Application

When your DARS (Degree Audit Reporting System) report states "All Requirements Completed - In Progress Courses Used" you are ready to graduate and must apply by the appropriate deadline.

Apply to graduate by submitting the graduation application at Graduation. Read the instructions, answer the Yes/No question, and complete and submit the form.

Once your application has been received:

  1. After we review your application, we will send you an email indicating whether it is approved or if requirements are missing. If your application is not approved, you will need to reapply for graduation once your DARS shows all requirements are complete or complete using in-progress courses.
  2. Throughout the semester you will receive emails with information about your commencement ceremony and instructions for ordering your graduation gown.
