Lesley Allan
Lesley Allan serves as the instructional design and development coordinator at M State, bringing more than 20 years of experience in PK–12 education, higher education, digital learning innovation, and faculty development.
With a MS in Instructional Design from Full Sail University in Florida and a MEd from Valley City State University in North Dakota, Allan is passionate about designing inclusive, engaging learning experiences that bridge pedagogy and technology.
While Allan's primary focus on campus is instructional design, she also brings extensive expertise in digital resource development, grant writing, and professional development.
Allan is a past president of the North Dakota Library Association, has been a part of state standard writing teams, is a frequent presenter at local and national conferences, and is an active contributor to professional communities focused on instructional innovation, accessibility, and relational leadership.
