FW = Unofficial Withdrawal
If you do not attend a class for a period of two weeks (14 calendar days) or more, your instructor will issue an FW letter grade for that course. The FW is considered an earned final grade and will remain on your academic transcript.
If you receive an FW letter grade, the following apply:
- FW is a final grade for the course and will remain on your transcript.
- You will no longer have access to class content in D2L/Brightspace.
- You are financially responsible for the course.
- If you receive financial aid, it may be adjusted/reduced per federal financial aid regulations.
