FERPA

As a student enrolled in a postsecondary institution, the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) protects the privacy of your education records and gives you the right to access and control disclosure of your records. M State's website offers FERPA information for parents at Notification of Rights under FERPA for Postsecondary Institutions and access to the Release of Student Information form that you can sign to allow private information to be shared with specific individuals.
