Purpose

To serve as a common measure of student academic progress.

Policy

Student academic progress will be evaluated in terms of the student’s grade point average (GPA).

Responsibility

President or Designee

Communicate the policy to administrators.

Vice President of Academic and Student Affairs or Designee

Communicate the policy to faculty and staff.

Registrar or Designee

Compute and communicate student grade point averages to appropriate parties.
