Parent Aware - Offering free tools and resources to help families find the quality child care and early education programs their children need to succeed in school and life.

Post Secondary Childcare Assistance MN - helps low income students, who live in Minnesota and have young children, pay for child care while the student attends classes. Contact M State Financial Aid department to learn more.
Minnesota’s Child Care Assistance Program provides financial assistance to help families pay for childcare. MAHUBE-OTWA administers the Child Care Assistance Program in Becker, Otter Tail, Wadena and Marshall counties. Ruby's Pantry
Ruby's Pantry, 500 6th Ave. S.W., Perham; fourth Saturday of the month; registration begins at 7 a.m., food bundles available 8-9:30 a.m. For a $25 cash donation the day of distribution, you will receive an abundance of groceries. There are no income, residency or registration requirements. Partial food lists are available on the Ruby’s Pantry Facebook page the day before distribution. Hosted by St. Paul's Lutheran Church.
