“I had offers from two different schools to come and play football, but I chose M State because I had a bunch of friends who were also going here. I grew up in Mississippi and went to high school in Minneapolis, so knowing people here in Minnesota helped make the decision easier.

The people at M State make you feel really welcome. The instructors are nice, and everybody is really helpful. I also really like being part of the Spartans football team.

My favorite memory at M State is probably being on the field against one of our rivals and getting two sacks against them. I’ll never forget that, not gonna lie.

After I graduate, I plan to transfer to a four-year school, finish my business degree and keep playing football. I’m not sure where I’ll go yet, but I’d like to stay in Minnesota. Minnesota is a wonderful place.”
