Dental Hygiene Application Assessment Points Calculator

Sections

Applicants to the M State Dental Hygiene program are assigned points for the criteria below. Applicants who score the highest points will be selected for admission to the program. Use this form to calculate your points.

  • All documents and courses must be completed by the application deadline.
  • Applicants who are in the process of completing a college required course will not receive points for those courses.
  • In the case of a tie, the HSRT-AD overall score will be used to determine acceptance into the program.

If you have any questions, please contact Larissa Ness.
