Ashley Pepin, MSN, RN, holds a master’s degree in nursing education and is an M State graduate. Her professional experience includes long‑term care, assisted living, management, occupational medicine and home care, providing students with a broad perspective on nursing practice across settings.
Pepin’s teaching philosophy centers on developing competent, compassionate and critical‑thinking nurses who provide holistic care. She emphasizes professionalism, empathy and lifelong learning, encouraging students to remain curious and committed to continual growth throughout their careers.
Outside the classroom, she enjoys fishing, foraging in the woods, baking, gardening and spending time at the lake.
