This program was specifically designed to meet state requirements for North Dakota and is not intended to meet licensure requirements for other states. The nine-credit North Dakota cosmetology certificate provides students with 250 additional hours and the education requirements needed to satisfy the North Dakota cosmetology licensure guidelines.
