Detroit Lakes Campus

Campus store 

Monday-Thursday, 10 a.m.-2 p.m. | Stop in and grab a snack.

Fergus Falls Campus

Students have affordable, flexible food options including:

  • Grab-and-go items for sale at the bookstore: Monday - Thursday, 10-3 pm
  • On-campus prep spaces for students to prepare food
  • New appliances in campus housing to make cooking easier for residents
  • Campus food pantry with free food for students: Monday - Friday 8-2 pm
  • Food service vendors: Monday - Friday, lunch 11:30 am to 2 pm, and dinner 5-8 pm, typical cost $7-10
    • No food service for Labor Day, Monday 9/7
  • Cups of water are available during meal times, other beverages available for purchase at the bookstore or in the vending machines.

Lunch

11:30 a.m.-2 p.m.*

  • Fresh & Fancy Menu:
    • 8/26 - Pulled pork or chicken, baked beans, coleslaw, potato salad or pasta salad ($10)
    • 8/27 - Soup & garden or Caesar salad, chicken enchilada, chicken with rice, gumbo (with roll & salad) ($10)
    • 8/28 - Wraps, pasta salad, pickles, & veggies ($10)
  • Ruby's Pinoy Foods Menu:
    • 8/31 - Filipino Chicken Pancit (chicken with rice noodles), rice, veggie eggroll, and canned beverages. ~Cost: $7-10
  • 9/1 Fabled Farmer (Monday - Thursday): Menu - TBD
  • 9/4 Outpost Smokehouse (Friday): Menu - TBD
