Past and present M State Criminal Justice students helped wrap holiday gifts during this year's "Shop With a Cop" event at the Dilworth Walmart.

 

For the third consecutive year, M State Criminal Justice students volunteered at the annual "Shop With a Cop" event, held December 22 at the Dilworth Walmart. 

Organized by the Moorhead Police Athletics and Activities League, the program pairs children in need with area law enforcement officers to shop for holiday gifts for their families. While gifts are wrapped, officers select presents for the children.

This year, 80 children were served with the help of 36 law enforcement volunteers across three locations. M State students handled gift wrapping, gaining valuable community experience alongside former M State students now working in law enforcement.
