  • Aid applying and disbursement of overage funds are separate processes. Aid applies to student accounts overnight every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
  • Overage/refund checks and direct deposits are processed every Tuesday and Thursday after the first financial aid disbursement. Checks are mailed on Tuesdays and Thursdays and direct deposit funds are available in accounts on Wednesdays and Fridays.
