Emily Wahl brings over 20 years of experience in healthcare, beginning her career as a Certified Nursing Assistant and progressing to a Licensed Practical Nurse before achieving her Registered Nurse (RN) credential. Her extensive background spans both clinical and long-term care settings, reflecting a deep commitment to patient care and professional growth.
Prior to joining M State, Wahl served as the Staff Development Coordinator at a long-term care facility. In that role, she was responsible for teaching CNA classes, onboarding and orienting new staff, leading annual education initiatives, and facilitating monthly nursing staff meetings. Her passion for education and staff development has been a consistent focus throughout her career.
Wahl holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN), furthering her dedication to lifelong learning and advancing nursing practice.
