Purpose

Minnesota State Community and Technical College shall ensure that all tuition and fee rate structures as authorized by Minnesota statutes, board policies, and system procedures are charged to students. Discretion is given to presidents to establish certain rates in accordance with board policy and system procedure.

Policy

Minnesota State Community and Technical College shall charge tuition and fees in accordance with Minnesota State system Board Policy 5.11 Tuition and Fees.

Responsibility

President

Establish rates in accordance with board policy and system procedures.

Vice President of Finance and Facilities

Ensure that tuition and fee rate policy is implemented.

Central Accounts Receivable

Ensure that tuition and fee rates are charged as approved by college in accordance to board policy.
