Purpose

To define a framework for addressing interruptions of College activity by unforeseen occurrences.

Policy

The academic calendar of Minnesota State Community and Technical College is subject to modification or interruption due to occurrences such as fire, flood, labor disputes, interruption of utility services, acts of God, civil disorder and war. In the event of any such occurrences, the College will attempt to accommodate students. The College will not, however, guarantee that courses of instruction, extracurricular activities or other College programs or events will be completed or rescheduled.
