Peggy D. Kennedy was named president of Minnesota State Community and Technical College in May 2012 after serving as M State's interim president since July 2011. Before her appointment to the interim presidency at M State, she had served as vice president of academic affairs and student development at Saint Paul College since 1994.
She was previously dean for business and general education programs at the college; advanced training specialist and coordinator in the Information System Division at Cenex Corp. (now MSA Advanced Manufacturing); and a business and English instructor at Washington High School and Milwaukee Area Technical College in Wisconsin.
Kennedy earned a bachelor's degree in education from the University of Wisconsin, Whitewater, and a master's degree in business education and Ed.D. in educational policy and administration, both from the University of Minnesota.

She previously served as dean of instruction at Ridgewater College, providing administrative oversight and guidance to numerous technical programs and several non-technical program disciplines on the college's campuses in Willmar and Hutchinson. Prior to joining the staff at Ridgewater, she held a series of administrative positions at Northwest Iowa Community College in Sheldon, including the position of vice president of instruction and learning services.
Brock earned her Ph.D. from Iowa State University in administration of higher education with emphasis in community college administration and related course work in business administration. She earned her master's degree in adult and higher education from the University of South Dakota in Vermillion and her bachelor's degree in secondary education (mathematics and home economics) from the University of Northern Iowa in Cedar Falls.

As chief student services officer for M State's four campuses and its eCampus online program, Wielinski directs the overall vision and direction of student services, working with staff to ensure high-quality, seamless experiences for students.
Wielinski previously served in administration at Lake Superior College in Duluth, where he was vice president of quality and strategic development, dean of students, associate dean of students and learning support, and director of counseling, advising and career services. Over the previous 19 years, he also served two other campuses within the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities system and in the system's office of the chancellor.He earned his doctorate in educational administration from Capella University's School of Education, his master's degree in guidance and counseling from the University of Wisconsin-Superior and his bachelor's degree in theatre arts from the University of Minnesota in the Twin Cities.

Dacia Johnson provides leadership and direction for all M State human resource activities, including both recruiting and hiring a qualified and diverse workforce and management of employee compensation and benefit programs.
Prior to joining M State in 1998, she worked for 10 years in management and human resources in private industry. She earned a bachelor's degree in marketing from Minnesota State University Moorhead and an MBA from Southwest State University in Marshall.
She is active in a number of community organizations, including Fergus Falls Area Dollars for Scholars, Friends of the Orchestra , Agassiz Agri-Women and her church.

Pat Nordick joined M State in 1992 as business manager for the Moorhead campus and was named chief financial officer for the college in 1997. As CFO, he is responsible for management and oversight of financial services for the college, including budgeting, purchasing, accounting, payroll, risk management, accounts receivable and payable, financial statements, audit and asset management. He also provides fiscal guidance to the college president.
Nordick previously served as business manager at Shanley High School in Fargo and executive director for the Fargo Catholic Schools Network.
He is chairman of the Finance Committee for St. Henry Church in Perham, a member of the Perham Planning Commission, vice president of the Perham Backcourt Club and a Rotary Club member. Nordick attended Bemidji State University, where he earned a degree in finance administration.

As M State's interim chief information officer, Dan Knudson is responsible for all college technology including computer services, Web services and technical services (networking, telecommunications and programming).
Knudson joined the staff of the M State help desk in 1996 and has since worked in the Information Technology Department, as an IT specialist and manager and in positions including director of technology, director of network services and chief information officer for the Fergus Falls campus.
Before joining the college, Knudson was a computer technician/network administrator at The Computer Place in Fergus Falls. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in computer science from Moorhead State University.
