M State counselors are dedicated to supporting your success

Free and confidential counseling services are available to all students, including personal, mental health, academic, and career counseling.

Crisis services

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, 

  • Call 911 if you or others are in immediate physical danger.
  • Call or text the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline at 988 to connect with a crisis counselor for free (available 24/7).
  • Call FirstLink at 211 or text your ZIP code to 898211 for assistance connecting to local community resources (available 24/7).

All counselors are available via video conference (Zoom) or phone to students from all M State campuses, and in person at their respective campuses.
