Wondering how to get started?

What is the admissions process at M State?

Complete these two steps and you will be admitted to M State:

1. Apply to the college at www.minnesota.edu/apply.

2. Submit your official high school/GED or college transcripts to records@minnesota.edu.

Can I enroll in just one class?

If you'd like to "try out" a class rather than enrolling for a program or degree, you can apply to M State with our visiting student application. On the application, specify the course you want to take and attach any needed documentation. Once the application is received and processed, you'll be enrolled.

How do I set up a campus tour?

You can sign up for a campus tour by going to www.minnesota.edu/visit or by contacting us at info@minnesota.edu or 877-450-3322.

How do I know if my company offers tuition benefits?

To find out if your company offers tuition benefits, contact your company's human resources department or manager. They will be able to give you an explanation of benefits and any details of those benefits, i.e. approved program, lengths of programs and maximum benefits.
