Residence Life Activities

OHRL continues its tradition of offering FREE social and educational programming to student residents and commuter students. This year there are a variety of events offered collaboratively with many campus and community partners. Light meals and/or snacks are typically a part of our free programming.

Movie Night returns on August 30, 2018 at 7:30 PM in S450. The rest of the term Movie Night will be the first Thursday of each month.

Music Video Bingo is back in the Fireplace Lounge at 7:00 PM on the second Thursday of each month beginning in September.

Open Gym & Game Night happen on the third Thursday of each month beginning in September.

Rock N Bowl, a Student Life event, happens on the fourth Thursday of each month beginning in September.

We need your help to plan the Spring Transfer Tour. Help us pick the college campuses we'll tour next spring!

Resident Student Association

The Resident Students Association (RSA) will represent the interests and concerns of the residents of M State Campus Housing. RSA will sponsor activities, both educational and social, and can have representative positions on several committees across campus and the college.

All residential students are encouraged to be an active member of RSA through the monthly General Assembly meetings. RSA General Assembly meets on the third Wednesday of each month at 3:00 pm in the College Center Conference Room C331. The exception is 12/5/2018.

Mark your calendar and bring your ideas for programming you'd like to discuss, elevate/bring awareness to issues that concern you, and discover opportunities to make residential life even better as you learn, live, work, and play in campus housing.

Prevention, Safety, and Wellness

Are you interested in harm reduction and/or violence prevention?

You have the opportunity to help M State create an on-campus environment that supports your learning and living goals even better.

Please consider one or both of these service opportunities that will allow you to help plan and execute prevention, safety, and wellness activities.

The Council typically meets 11:00 AM on the 1st Tuesday of each month in Room C331. Contact Victoria McWane-Creek, co-convener, at (218) 736.1635 or with your questions.
