Troy Haugen currently serves as Career & Technical Education coordinator and the coordinator of the Otter Tail Family Services Collaborative at Lakes Country Service Cooperative in Fergus Falls. In these roles, Troy administers the Carl Perkins grant for 26 school districts in west central Minnesota and coordinates the efforts of a collaborative of eight school districts, five county agencies, the community action agency, and multiple heath care and other nonprofits as they work to create an equitable, seamless web of services for our families. Troy is a licensed teacher, school principal and superintendent with more than 20 years of experience in education. Troy also serves as an adjunct instructor of graduate education. He has a special interest in teacher licensure, alternative pathways to licensure, education policy, rural education and equity in education. Troy, his wife, Tiffany, and four children (daughters Ella and Grace and twin sons Evan and Benjamin) live near Rollag on the farm that has been in his family for four generations.

Megan manages M State's K12 division, including the Concurrent Enrollment Program (CEP) and eCampus in the High School (eCHS). Megan is the point of contact for day-to-day operations including student appeals and waivers. Contact Megan for general information about M State's Concurrent Enrollment Program, or schedule a time for her to come to your high school to present information on K12 programs to teachers, counselors, administration and/or students and parents.

Erin is part of the K12 division serving high school partners in both the Concurrent Enrollment Program and eCampus in the High School programs. Erin works with the student admission and assessment process and provides academic, career and transfer advising. She also maintains all of the programs' data and reports. Tom has been a counselor at M State for many years. He works with students in the areas of career, personal, and academic counseling. He's a proponent of helping students achieve their goal of a college education and works with students on an individual basis along with offering various group workshops on a variety of topics. He also serves as a mentor as part of the Concurrent Enrollment Program and is willing to visit area high schools to assist with career exploration with the students.
