Dufault performing works of Gershwin, Handel in M State recital

Vocalist and music instructor Dr. Jenny Dufault will perform in concert at 7:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 7, in Legacy Hall on the Fergus Falls campus of Minnesota State Community and Technical College.

Dufault has taught for 15 years at Minnesota State University Moorhead, where she coordinates the voice program. She performed in the Fargo-Moorhead Opera’s production of Puccini’s Suor Angelica and will appear with the FM Opera this fall as The Second Lady in Mozart’s The Magic Flute.

Dufault’s recital will feature music by George Gershwin, George Frideric Handel and Richard Strauss. She will be accompanied by Stephen Sulich, assistant professor of music at Concordia College and guest conductor this season with the FM Opera.

The recital is free and open to the public.
