Minnesota State Community and Technical College will host its second Gallery Walk from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday, March 10, in Legacy Hall on the Fergus Falls campus to get feedback from the campus communities about the work of four of the eight Charting the Future implementation teams.
Students, faculty, staff, alumni and community members are invited to attend and provide input on the work of the Academic Planning & Collaboration, Competency Certification & Credit for Prior Learning, Education Technology and Information Technology Systems Design teams.
Participants in the Gallery Walk will be able to review posters created by the teams and discuss the information and ideas outlined by team members.
Charting the Future is the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities strategic planning process adopted by MnSCU’s Board of Trustees in 2013. Eight implementation teams were formed to act on six recommendations developed through input from more than 5,000 students, staff and faculty.
Last fall, M State hosted Gallery Walks to gather feedback on the work of the Student Success, Diversity, Comprehensive Workplace Solutions and System Incentives & Rewards implementation teams.
Information about Charting the Future and the Gallery Walks is available at chartingthefuturemnscu.com.
Individuals interested in the process can also provide feedback through the online Gallery Walk (during March) or send feedback to MyIdeas@so.mnscu.edu.
