M State hosts free Career Exploration Workshops

Minnesota State Community and Technical College is offering a series of Career Exploration Workshops in its campus communities for residents who are considering changing careers or enrolling in college.

Current students who are enrolled in area colleges but considering a change in majors are also welcome.

The two-hour workshops are free and open to high school and college students and to adults who would like to explore their career and education options.

Sessions are scheduled on M State campuses on:
Moorhead, Room D119
• 9 a.m. Monday, Nov. 17
• 2 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 10
Fergus Falls, Room L148
• 2 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 3
Wadena, Room L146
• 9 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 9
Detroit Lakes, Room B104
• 2 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 9

Led by M State counselors Tom Dubbels and Maronda Robertson, participants will have the opportunity to:
• Complete personality and interest assessments and review results with professional counselors
• Explore career options
• Learn to use online career search resources
