Evaluation Standards
Evaluation Standard E1
The CEP conducts end-of-term student college course evaluations for each course section offered through the CEP.
Evidence:
End-of-term Survey Instrument
M State's CEP conducts end-of-term student surveys for each course section offered, every term, to provide feedback to CEP instructors regarding their course. An online survey is used for the course evaluation and data collection. The survey questions used are nearly identical to that being used in M State's end of course surveys on the college campus and online courses.
Sample of an Evaluation
See the "Example End of Term Student Course Survey". M State uses one standard evaluation template to cover all CEP disciplines.
Description of Methodology and Process to Report Back to CEP Instructors
M State CEP program staff create a unique course survey for every high school/instructor/course/term. Toward the end of the semester the unique survey link is emailed to the CEP instructor, whom has the students anonymously take the evaluation. Within two weeks, CEP program staff email every CEP instructor their course's survey results. Results come in the format of a survey link where CEP instructors have access to open ended responses, data trends and individual student responses.

Completed and returned survey information was entered into Survey Monkey to more efficiently aggregate and archive the data. Please see "NACEP Alumni 4-Year Out Survey" for a copy of the survey sent. September 24, 2014 a follow up reminder email was sent to all Concurrent Enrollment Program 4-year out alumni with the Survey Monkey link.
