Communicate using the language of medicine. 3. Utilize computer and other technology for health care. 4. Prepare & manage the health care record. 5. Exhibit ethical behavior in the health care setting. 6. Perform diagnosis and procedure coding. 7. Apply bookkeeping and insurance procedures. 8.
