Purpose
To recognize students for scholastic achievement in college-level courses each semester.
Policy
Students who have achieved academic excellence are named to the President or Dean’s Academic Honors list in accordance with the following enrollment criteria:
President’s List
Student:
- Achieved a semester grade point average of 4.00
- Completed 6 or more credits of college-level coursework
- Completed at least 75% of attempted courses during the semester (Audit courses and incompletes are not included in the determination of grade point average or credit load)
Dean’s List
Student:
- Achieved a semester grade point average of 3.500 to 3.99
- Completed 6 or more credits of college-level coursework
- Completed at least 75% of attempted courses during the semester (Audit courses and incompletes are not included in the determination of grade point average or credit load)
