Beth Jones is the program director for the medical laboratory technology and phlebotomy programs at M State. She has a bachelor’s degree in medical laboratory science from North Dakota State University (NDSU) and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Mary.
In addition to her role at M State, Jones serves as laboratory program manager for Sanford Health’s medical laboratory science program in Fargo and teaches undergraduate hematology at NDSU. Her work reflects a strong commitment to workforce preparation and academic excellence in the clinical laboratory sciences.
As program director, Jones strives to create a welcoming, engaging learning environment where students feel supported and challenged. She values small class sizes that foster meaningful instructor-to-student interaction and emphasizes accountability, honesty, integrity and passion for the profession, values she expects faculty and students alike to uphold.
Born and raised in the Fargo–Moorhead area, Jones enjoys spending time with family. Outside of work, she can often be found reading a good book or working on a quilting project.
