Submit your high school and college transcripts to M State.
All official transcripts must be mailed directly from the high school/college to:

Complete the Immunization Form
You're exempt from completing the immunization form if you were born before 1957 or graduated from a Minnesota high school after 1997. If required, you can access the immunization form here.
Determine how you are paying for your courses and additional expenses at M State
Visit Paying For College for your financial options, financial aid office contact information and assistance.
If you're a resident of North Dakota you will also need to complete reciprocity. Click here to apply for reciprocity.
Schedule Assessment Testing
The college will notify you if you need to take the M State Accuplacer Assessment test. If required, assessment testing is available in person at Detroit Lakes, Fergus Falls, Moorhead or Wadena. eCampus students will receive instructions on proctors, test log-in and other information as needed.

Attend a Student Orientation and Registration Day
Once you are admitted, M State will notify you about your orientation options. All new M State students attend a Student Orientation and Registration Day or complete the Online Orientation session. To sign up for an on-campus orientation and registration day, visit the Orientation Registration Page.
Pay Tuition and Fees
A portion of your tuition and fees will need to be paid prior to starting classes. You also should be prepared to pay for books and supplies prior to starting classes.
