Can eCampus students join on-campus student organizations?
Yes, all eCampus students are able to join student organizations if they are within close proximity to the campus.

Can I take less than seven credits?
Students who are interested in taking less than 7 credits per semester can fill out a Special Student Application; and submit a $20 application fee to become admitted. Special students are not eligible for financial aid.

How do eCampus students gain access to a library card?
Online and eCampus students are able to gain access to a library card by emailing ecampus@minnesota.edu. M State will send you a paper library card allowing you to access those resources and books.

How do I apply for the Nursing program?
Once you receive your M State acceptance letter, you must submit the nursing application to apply the Nursing program. You can find the application to the program of your choice by viewing the Nursing Application website at www.minnesota.edu/nursing.

How do I pay my application fee?
There are a few ways to pay your application fee. You can mail your $20 application fee to any one of the campus locations or pay at one of the four campus bookstores. If you applied online, you can pay your fee online by logging back into your application and clicking "Pay Now". You can also send your application fee to the M State Processing Center at PO Box 309, Perham MN 56573.

How do I reset my eServices pin/password?
You'll want to log out of eServices, click on "Login", click on "Forgot Password" and enter the information it asks for. When selecting a new password, please follow the password guidelines.

How do I schedule a campus tour?
Campus tours are offered at each M State campus on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. when the campuses are open. To schedule a campus tour, you can schedule online at http://www.minnesota.edu/visit.

What are the requirements for admission to M State?
M State requires the following items be completed: complete the online application at www.minnesota.edu, pay the one-time $20 application fee, send an official high school transcript and all official college transcripts.

What happens if I have my GED?
M State can verify your GED completion by sending an official transcript of your GED.

What is the difference between an Academic Appeal and a Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) Appeal form?
An Academic Appeal is used when the student is attempting to appeal his or her add/drop date, graduation application and grade change request; anything that has to deal with the students academic progress.
A SAP Appeal is specific to GPA and completion rate requirements that cover both academic and financial aid. Students who fall below a 2.0 GPA or 67% completion rate will need to complete the SAP appeal form.

What's the difference between my access code and my eServices pin/password?
Your access code is the code you receive from your advisor the first time you register. This is a onetime code that does not need to be entered again unless you break attendance and reapply for admittance to the college. Your eServices pin/password is the password for your eServices account as well as the pin/password that you will need to enter every time you register.
