Apply OnlineYou can take classes at any M State campus, but you need to select a primary campus in order to apply. Dental Hygiene and Assisting ApplicationsStudents interested in the Dental Hygiene or Dental Assisting program on the M State - Moorhead campus must complete a program application prior to the deadline for the program. (406 KB) 2012 Dental Assisting Application [PDF] International Student ApplicationAn international student is defined as a person who is not a U.S. citizen or U.S. immigrant and is seeking admission to Minnesota State Community and Technical College. Permanent residents, refugees and political asylees must complete only the general admission process, not the international student application process. Qualified international students must complete all of the following steps to be accepted for admission to M State. I-20 forms, authorizing admission into the United States for educational purposes, will be issued when all admission requirements are met and applicants have been accepted. Nursing ApplicationStudents interested in applying to an M State nursing program must complete the nursing program application prior to the final deadline for each program. PSEO Student ProcessMinnesota State Community and Technical College welcomes high school students who enroll through the Post-Secondary Enrollment Options program. Success in college depends on how well students adjust to college-level classes and the responsibilities of college attendance. All M State PSEO students must complete the application for admission and the agreement of understanding. Students interested in attending M State while in high school must complete the PSEO student application for admission. Radiology Technology ApplicationStudents interested in applying for the M State Radiologic Technology program must complete the Radiologic Technology Application prior to the final deadline for the program. Returning Student ApplicationStudents who have attended M State, Northwest Technical College or Fergus Falls Community College in the past and would like to return to complete any on-campus or online program should complete the online returning student application. Visiting Student ApplicationA student who is interesting in attending M State to take one or two courses each semester is considered a visiting student. Because visiting students are not seeking a degree, they are not eligible for financial aid. Visiting students are not required to attend an orientation session. On the visiting student application, students should indicate which course(s) he or she is interested in taking. Operations Management ApplicationStudents interested in enrolling at M State to complete Minnesota Transfer Curriculum courses as part of the Operations Management program at Minnesota State University Moorhead must complete the Operations Management Application. |
