Description: This course applies the information learned in the Electrical Systems I Theory course. Students will test charging systems, ignition systems and starting systems for their proper functionality. Students will also be exposed to proper troubleshooting techniques for these systems.

  1. Perform electrical systems repair and service.
  2. Demonstrate product systematic troubleshooting.
  3. Perform ignition system repair.
  4. Perform proper multi-meter usage.
  5. Perform wire harness testing.
  6. Test alternator charging systems.
  7. Test two-stroke ignition systems for proper functionality.
  8. Test four-stroke ignition systems for proper functionality.
  9. Test cranking circuit systems for proper operation.
