Description: This course covers procedures relevant to a traditional office and new procedures relevant to an electronic automated office. Topics may include work organization, time management, ergonomics, scheduling, organizing meetings, processing mail, telephone procedures and arranging travel. The course also provides the student with an in-depth exposure to the role and responsibilities of a receptionist.
