Our apartment-style student housing complexes are complete with wireless Internet access, cable TV, security and more. Units are within easy walking distance of classes and campus activities. As a new offering this fall we will have a Quiet Building. This building is perfect for students who need a quiet environment to live and study. (Space is limited to 16 students, so apply early.)

Apartments are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. We must have both the completed application as well as your prepayment to be considered for housing.

Please see the other housing pages for information about what is supplied on campus, when dorms open, housing activities and move-in information.

All housing students must read the Housing and Residence Life Guidebook prior to receiving your keys on move-in day. During orientation you will receive a confirmation page indicating that you have read the guidebook, which must be signed, along with a contract (you will receive a copy).

The Roommate Agreement must be completed by all four apartment mates and returned to your RA. If you have questions or need clarification, contact your RA or the Director of Housing.

Non-Student Housing

When students are on summer break, we offer short-term rental of the Williams Hillside Village Apartments. Some residents come back each year to escape the blistering heat of Arizona or Florida. Read about one family that is enjoying this tradition! Summer Housing for Non-Students will open on May 17th and close on August 8th.
