Textbooks and school supplies may be charged at the college bookstores August 5-30. Charging information is uploaded overnight, so students will need to have registered for courses at least one day prior to charging.

In an effort to encourage student persistence and success, the M State bookstores changed their charging policy in the spring of 2013. The new policy allows enrolled students to charge all of their textbooks and school supplies at the college bookstores during the open charge period. There will no longer be dollar limits or prior financial aid requirements. Students will be able to charge apparel only if it is a requirement of their program.
Our goal is to help support student success by allowing our students to have their materials on the first day of their courses. Charging information is uploaded overnight, so students will need to have registered for courses at least one day prior to charging books and supplies in the bookstore.
The open charge period is from three weeks prior to the start of the term through the fifth day of the term.
