Hello, My name is Mike Ullmer, I am the father of 4 children; Patrick, Kathryn, Rachel, and Mary. When I am not taking care of my family at home, I am taking care of my second family--the future graduates of the Marine Engine Technology program. I work hard to ensure that all future graduates of the Marine Engine Technology program have a quality education on the latest technology that is available from the manufacturers.
I have over 10 years work experience in the marine field. I am a Master Technician in Mercury outboards and in MerCruiser sterndrives.
I have multiple training certificates with over 400 combined hours of training from Yamaha, Johnson/Evinrude, Suzuki, and Ski-Doo.
I look forward to the opportunity to share my knowledge with the students of this Marine program to make them the future leaders of the marine industry in their path towards becoming master technicians and leaders in the marine field.
